Welcome to the February 23, 2008 edition of take charge of your health care. February is heart health month, so read through some of our diet and fitness, consumer directed healthcare, and alternative medicine selections to help you stay fit and healthy.

If you are a U.S. resident, and are interested in a career in the health benefits industry, see my article “The AmeriPlan Business Opportunity” which is posted below. This month, AmeriPlan, the discount medical and dental benefits company that I am a Senior Regional Sales Director for, has an excellent promotion going on. You can start your own health benefits business for just $25.00. There are still a few days to take advantage of this opportunity.

Again we received many quality posts this month. I do accept about 80% of the submissions because they are generally quite good and on topic. If you submitted more than 2 posts, you will find that I have posted your 2 articles most relevant to this carnival. Feel free to resubmit your post to next month’s carnival.

Happy reading and stay healthy.
